Sweet Breakfast

JM de los Rios Hospital, located in the city of Caracas. The first week of every month it attends to children with type 1 diabetes; during this week breakfast is provided to the children. The medical staff informed us that many patients come to their appointments in the morning without even having breakfast and thanks to this firsthand information we decided to begin in October 2019 the Sweet Breakfast program, which consists of providing breakfasts to the children attending their appointments. The menu has been previously planned and designed by a qualified team of nutritionists. So far more than 1,500 breakfasts have been provided.
